Anesthesia
Local anesthesia block (L) IDN, LN, and LBN administered.
Surgical Procedure
1. Patient cleaned and draped.
2. Buccal and lingual flap raised.
3. Bone guttering performed.
4. Tooth sectioned and split.
5. Tooth #35 elevated out in 02 pieces.
6. Currettage and irrigation with saline conducted.
7. BSS x 03 placed for primary closure.
8. Haemostasis achieved and post-operative instructions given.
Post-operative Assessment
Post-OP CBCT taken.
IDN plotted and spared.
No tooth remnants noted.
Additional Findings:
#36 (ml) caries noted.
#34 (d) caries noted, possible need for CAP.
