Anesthesia
Local anesthesia infiltration at tooth #27
Surgical Procedure
Patient cleaned and draped
Incision made, buccal flap raised
Bone guttering performed
Tooth sectioned and elevated out in three pieces
Currettage and irrigation with saline
Bioactive synthetic scaffold (BSS) placed x3 for secondary closure
Hemostasis achieved, post-operative instructions given
