Anesthesia
Local anesthesia infiltration from #14 to #24.
Surgical Procedure
1. Patient cleaned and draped.
2. Incision made in the 1st and 2nd Quadrant anterior.
3. Buccal and palatal flap raised.
4. Implant sites prepared.
5. #13: 3.6mm x 8.0mm Dentium Superline III implant placed with a 4.0mm (S) healing abutment.
6. #12: 3.6mm x 7.0mm Dentium Superline III implant placed with a 4.0mm (S) healing abutment.
7. #23: 3.6mm x 7.0mm Dentium Superline III implant placed with a 4.0mm (US) healing abutment.
8. BSS x 05 placed in the 1st Quadrant.
9. BSS x 06 placed in the 2nd Quadrant.
10. P/- acrylic denture relieved and fit checked.
11. Haemostasis achieved and post-operative instructions given.
