Chief Complaint
Replacement of missing tooth #35.
Clinical Findings
A CBCT scan was taken to assess the site for implant placement.
The patient was informed about the risks and procedures involved and expressed understanding and agreement to proceed.
Informed consent for the implant placement at the #35 site was obtained.
Treatment Plan
Placement of a dental implant at the site of missing tooth #35.
Pre-operative Assessment
The patient underwent a thorough evaluation, including a CBCT scan, to plan the implant placement.
Anesthesia
Local anesthesia was administered. The patient was cleaned and draped in preparation for surgery.
Surgical Procedure
An incision was made at the site.
A buccal flap was raised.
The implant site was prepared using implant drills.
A Dentium Superline 3 implant, 4.0mm x 10.0mm, was placed.
A healing abutment 6.5mm (S) was installed.
Primary closure was achieved with the use of 04 BSS.
Hemostasis was confirmed.
