Megagen AnyOne Implant (4.5 × 8.5 mm, plasma-blasted) placed at #24
Buccal flap released
Bone grafting performed using autogenous bone + Dentium Osteon II Collagen (6.0 × 10.0 mm)
BSS × 5 placed for primary closure
Hemostasis achieved; POI given
