Implant placement at #22 & #23.
Bone grafting with artificial grafting material for volume maintenance.
Primary closure for optimal healing.

Anesthesia

Surgical Procedure
Patient cleaned, draped, and prepped under sterile conditions.
Incision made; buccal and palatal flaps raised.
Ridge split performed using piezoelectric surgery.
Ridge expanded with chisels and spreaders.
Implant osteotomies prepared with implant drills and bone spreaders.
Dentium Slim Line 3.0 × 10.0 mm implants placed at #22 and #23.
Bone grafting completed using Dentium Osteon II collagen bone graft material.
Flap released and BSS × 10 placed for primary closure.
Hemostasis achieved and post-operative instructions given.

Post-operative Assessment
Post-op CBCT taken confirming ideal implant positioning.
Maxillary sinus not involved.
Stability and alignment of implants good.
Patient satisfied with the procedure.
Healing reviewed and no immediate complications noted.
