Surgical Procedure
Patient cleaned and draped
Incision made, buccal flap raised
Implant site prepared
Mid-operative CBCT taken to confirm implant position and alignment of the preparation
Final preparation of the implant site after confirming alignment
5.0mm x 8.0mm Dentium Superline II implant placed
6.5mm (small) healing abutment placed
Occlusion checked
Bioactive synthetic scaffold (BSS) placed x4 for primary closure
Hemostasis achieved, post-operative instructions given
