LA block administered to left IDN, LN, and LBN.
Surgical Procedure
Patient cleaned and draped.
Incision made.
Buccal flap raised.
Implant sites prepared with drills and osteotomes.
Dentium Superline III Implant (5.0mm x 8.0mm) placed.
Bone grafting done with autogenous bone.
Flap released.
Healing abutment (9.5mm, M) placed.
BSS x 05 placed for primary closure.
Hemostasis achieved.
Post-operative Assessment
Post-op CBCT taken.
IDN plotted, not involved in surgery.
Implant alignment and position confirmed as good.
