Preparation:
Patient cleaned and draped.
Incision made, buccal flap raised.
2. Implant Placement:
Implant sites prepared with implant drills and osteotomes.
Dentium Superline III 5.0mm x 8.0mm implant placed.
Healing abutment 5.5mm (L) placed.
Bone grafting done with Osteon Collagen II (6.0mm x 10.0mm) artificial bone grafting material.
3. Closure:
Flap released.
BSS x 08 placed for primary closure.
Haemostasis achieved.
Post-operative instructions (POI) given.
Post-operative Assessment
Post-operative CBCT taken.
IDN not involved.
Implant alignment and position good.
Bone graft dense.
Patient satisfied.
