Anesthesia
Local anesthesia administered.
Surgical Procedure
1. Patient cleaned and draped.
2. Incision made and buccal flap raised.
3. Implant site prepared using implant drills and osteotomes.
4. Dentium Superline III 5.0mm x 8.0mm implant placed at site #47.
5. Healing abutment 5.5mm (L) attached.
6. Bone grafting performed with Osteon Collagen II (6.0mm x 10.0mm) artificial bone graft material.
7. Flap released and BSS x 08 applied for primary closure.
8. Haemostasis achieved, and post-operative instructions provided.
Post-operative Assessment
Post-operative CBCT taken.
Inferior dental nerve (IDN) not involved.
Implant alignment and position satisfactory.
Bone graft appears dense.
Patient satisfied with the outcome.
