Anesthesia
Local Anesthesia (LA) block: left inferior dental nerve (IDN), lingual nerve (LN), and long buccal nerve (LBN).
LA infiltration at #26.
Surgical Procedure
Patient cleaned and draped.
Incision made.
Buccal flap raised.
Currettage performed.
Granulation tissue removed.
Implant sites #26 and #36 prepared.
#36:
5.0mm x 12.0mm Dentium Superline III implant placed.
Healing abutment 6.5mm diameter (U/S) placed.
#26:
4.5mm x 12.0mm Dentium Superline III implant placed.
Healing abutment 5.5mm diameter (S) placed.
Bone grafting performed on buccal sides of #26 and #36 sites.
Spaces between implants and sockets grafted at both #26 and #36 sites.
Closure:
#36 site: BSS (biodegradable sutures) x 05 placed for primary closure.
#26 site: BSS x 06 placed for primary closure.
