Pre-operative CBCT confirmed suitable anatomy for implant placement with augmentation

Surgical Procedure
Patient cleaned and draped
Incision made; buccal flap raised
Osteotomy preparation using implant drills and osteotomes
Ridge expansion and internal sinus lift performed at both sites
Sinus augmentation using:
• Autogenous bone from osteotomy sites
• Dentium Osteon II collagen artificial bone graft (6.0 mm × 10.0 mm)Megagen AnyOne Implants placed:
• #25: 4.5 × 8.5 mm
• #26: 4.5 × 8.5 mmDentium healing abutments placed:
• #25 → 6.5 mm (S)
• #26 → 6.5 mm (S)Additional buccal bone grafting applied over both sites
