Patient presented with missing teeth at sites #24, #25, #26 and #27 and requested replacement with dental implants for functional and long-term restoration.

Clinical Findings

Clinical and CBCT evaluation confirmed edentulous spaces at #24, #25, #26 and #27 with adequate bone support for implant placement.
Maxillary sinus not involved.

Treatment Plan

Placement of dental implants at sites:

  • #24

  • #25

  • #26

  • #27

Healing abutments planned for transmucosal healing phase.

Pre-operative Assessment

CBCT reviewed.
Implant positions planned and discussed with patient.
Risks, benefits and procedural steps explained.
Patient understood and agreed to proceed.
Informed consent obtained.

Anesthesia

Local anesthesia administered.
Patient cleaned and draped under sterile protocol.

Surgical Procedure

Incision made.
Buccal flap raised.

Implant osteotomy sites prepared using implant drills and osteotomes.

Dentium Superline implants placed:

  • #24: implant placed with healing abutment

  • #25: implant placed with healing abutment

  • #26: implant placed with healing abutment

  • #27: implant placed with healing abutment

Flap released for passive closure.
4/0 BSS sutures placed for primary closure.
Hemostasis achieved.

Post-operative Assessment

Post-operative CBCT taken.
Implant alignment and positioning satisfactory.
Maxillary sinus not involved.
Healing abutments stable.
Patient tolerated procedure well and was satisfied post-operatively.
