Tooth #26 porcelain crown chipped on the mesial buccal surface, with rough and sharp edges.
Treatment Plan
Implant placement for the replacement of missing tooth #25.
Smoothing and finishing of the chipped crown on #26.

Risks and procedures explained to the patient.
Implant position planned.
Patient understood and agreed to proceed.
Informed consent obtained for implant placement at #25.
Anesthesia
Local Anesthesia (LA) administered.
Surgical Procedure
1. Patient cleaned and draped.
2. Incision made and buccal flap raised.
3. Implant sites prepared using implant drills and osteotomes.
4. Dentium Superline III 4.0mm x 8.0mm implant placed.
5. Healing abutment 4.5mm (medium) placed.
6. BSS x 05 used for primary closure.
7. Hemostasis achieved.
