Incision made, and buccal flap raised.
Implant sites prepared using implant drills and osteotomes.
Implant placed: 7.0mm x 8.0mm Dentium Superline I.
Healing abutment (6.5mm) placed.
Bone grafting with 2 x Dentium Osteon II collagen (6.0mm x 10.0mm) material.
Flap released and six BSS placed for primary closure.
Hemostasis achieved and post-operative instructions provided.
