Placement of implants in sites #44, #45, and #47.
Bone grafting with EthOss artificial bone grafting material.

Anesthesia
Local anesthesia administered.
Surgical Procedure
1. Patient cleaned and draped.
2. Incision made and buccal flap raised.
3. Implant sites prepared using drills and osteotomes.
4. Implants placed:
- #44: Dentium Superline III 4.0mm x 10.0mm
- #45: Dentium Superline III 4.0mm x 8.0mm
- #47: Dentium Superline III 5.0mm x 8.0mm
5. Bone grafting with 1.0 cc EthOss artificial bone grafting material.
6. Flap released and closed with bone grafting material (BSS x 08).
7. Haemostasis achieved and post-operative instructions provided.
