Surgical Procedure
1. Patient cleaned and draped.
2. Incision made and buccal flap raised.
3. Implant sites prepared with drills and osteotomes.
4. Mini implants placed:
- #24: Dentium Slimbody 3.0mm x 12.0mm fixed-type implant
- #25: Dentium Slimbody 3.0mm x 10.0mm fixed-type implant
- #26: Dentium Slimbody 3.5mm x 8.0mm fixed-type implant
- #27: Dentium Slimbody 3.5mm x 8.0mm fixed-type implant
5. Bone grafting material (BSS x 10) applied for primary closure.
6. Haemostasis achieved and post-operative instructions provided.
Post-operative Assessment
Post-operative CBCT taken.
