Implant Placement at #47 with Soft Tissue Augmentation
Surgical Procedure

Chief Complaint
Patient presented with missing tooth at #47 and requested implant replacement to restore chewing function.
Clinical Findings
Clinical and CBCT assessment confirmed edentulous site at #47 suitable for implant placement.
Soft tissue profile at the buccal aspect required enhancement to improve long-term peri-implant tissue stability.
Autogenous bone available during osteotomy for grafting support.
Treatment Plan
Implant placement at #47 with:
soft tissue augmentation
autogenous bone support
healing abutment placement for transmucosal healing
Pre-operative Assessment
CBCT reviewed prior to surgery.
Implant position planned carefully.
Risks, benefits and procedural steps explained.
Patient understood and agreed to proceed.
