Implant Placement at #31, #35 & #36 with Immediate Temporary Crown at #31

Surgical Procedure

Chief Complaint

Multiple missing lower teeth (#31, #35, #36) requiring implant-supported rehabilitation.

Clinical Findings

  • Missing #31, #35, and #36

  • Adequate ridge height but sites required precise planning due to proximity to IDN

  • Pre-operative CBCT confirmed suitable anatomy and guided implant angulation

Treatment Plan

  • Implant placement at #31, #35, and #36

  • Use osteotomes for controlled site preparation

  • Immediate temporary crown fabrication for #31

  • Post-operative CBCT verification of all implant positions

Pre-operative Assessment

  • CBCT reviewed and IDN plotted

  • Implant positions planned using the latest CBCT imaging

  • Risks, benefits, and procedures explained

  • Patient understood and agreed

  • Informed consent obtained for implant placement at all three sites

Anesthesia

Local anesthesia.
