Definitive screw-retained implant crown ready for insertion.

Missing tooth requiring implant replacement.
Pre-operative CBCT reviewed for implant planning.

Implant Crown Delivery – Tooth #16

Implant crown torqued to 30 Ncm according to manufacturer's recommendation.
Screw access sealed with PTFE (Teflon) tape and restored.
Occlusion rechecked and final polishing completed.
Implant Placement – Tooth #15
The patient was cleaned and draped under sterile protocol.
Crestal incision made and buccal flap elevated.
Implant osteotomy prepared using sequential implant drills and osteotomes.
A Dentium Superline III implant (4.5 mm × 8.0 mm) was placed with satisfactory primary stability.
A dual abutment was connected.
Bone grafting performed using Dentium Osteon II Collagen synthetic bone graft material to support the peri-implant bone.
Flap released and primary closure achieved with seven interrupted sutures.
