Anesthesia
Local anesthesia block for the right inferior dental nerve (IDN), lingual nerve (LN), and long buccal nerve (LBN).
Surgical Procedure
Patient cleaned and draped.
Incision made, and buccal flap raised.
Bone guttering performed.
Tooth sectioning done.
#48 elevated out in six pieces.
Curettage performed and irrigated with saline.
Bone substitute sponge (BSS) x 02 placed for primary closure.
Hemostasis achieved and post-operative instructions given.
