Surgical Procedure

  • Incision made and buccal flap raised

  • Implant osteotomy prepared using implant drills and osteotomes

  • Megagen AnyOne implant (5.0 mm × 7.0 mm) placed

  • Bone grafting performed using Dentium Osteon II Collagen artificial bone graft

  • Dentium Superline healing abutment (4.0 mm, S) placed

  • Flap released

  • Five bone substitute sponges placed for primary closure

  • Hemostasis achieved

  • Post-operative instructions provided

Post-operative Assessment

  • Post-operative CBCT taken

  • Maxillary sinus not involved

  • Implant alignment and position satisfactory
