Treatment Plan

Placement of a 4.5mm x 10.0mm Dentium Superline III Implant at site #46 with bone grafting using 6.0mm x 10.0mm Osteon II collagen artificial bone grafting material.

Pre-operative Assessment

Patient reviewed, and necessary preparations made.

Anesthesia

Local anesthesia administered.

Surgical Procedure

Patient cleaned and draped.
Incision made, and buccal flap raised.
Implant site prepared with implant drills and osteotomes.
Implant placed at the prepared site.
Healing abutment 5.5 (M) placed.
Bone grafting performed with Osteon II collagen.
Flap released and primary closure achieved with BSS x 07.
Haemostasis ensured.
Post-operative instructions given.
